From growing up in a housing project to earning my Doctorate in nursing practice it has become my personal goal to build an educational safe place for healthcare providers to become proficient in the delivery of healthcare. At Above and Beyond Health Academy, PLLC it is our mission to fill in the gaps in the transition from the classroom to the healthcare workforce.
About Us
Meet The Doctor
Dr. Daniyele has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Although she has worked in the acute care setting, hospice, and home care, the majority of her experience has been in the post-acute care realm. She has worked as a director of nursing in long term care, a nurse consultant, nurse educator and wound care consultant for various long-term care organizations. Dr. Daniyele is the owner and CEO of Above and Beyond Health Academy, PLLC, and Above and Beyond Professional Nursing Services located in Gastonia, North Carolina. Above and Beyond offers speaking engagements, online continuing education, mentoring and consulting services.
Dr. Daniyele is a member of various professional organizations and has been an active participant on many nursing school advisory boards. She has also served as a member of the board of directors for the C.W. Williams Community Health Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Dr. Daniyele has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Daemen College located in Amherst, New York. She obtained a Master’s of Science in Nursing with a concentration in education and curriculum development from Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, NC. Dr. Daniyele holds a Post-Masters Certificate and is board certified as an Adult and Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC). She completed the WOCN program at Emory University and has an advanced practice certification in wound care and continence care. Dr. Daniyele completed her DNP degree with a concentration in executive leadership at Abilene Christian University.
Dr. Daniyele enjoys speaking to groups about health and wellness, wound care prevention and treatment, continence management, disparities in healthcare and leadership and development.
In her spare time, Daniyele enjoys traveling with her husband and spending family time with her daughter and grandchildren

Above and Beyond Health Academy, PLLC is an organization founded by Dr. Daniyele L. Feaster. Our initial goal is to provide entry-level and advanced healthcare education in an easy-to-learn format/environment. Inspired by her works as a Director of Nursing, Nurse Consultant, Nurse Educator, and Advance Practice Nurse in post-acute care settings, Dr. Feaster developed the blueprint for Above and Beyond Health Academy, PLLC. Our final goal is to improve the delivery of healthcare through the provision of superior, convenient, cost-effective education programs, consulting, and mentoring services.
